Sales Consultant - Compliance Solutions

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Consultant to help organizations achieve their compliance goals. You will work with CTOs, CISOs, and compliance leaders to understand their ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GRC needs, presenting tailored solutions that accelerate their certification journey.

• Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries
• Conduct discovery calls to understand client compliance requirements (ISO 27001, SOC 2, HIPAA)
• Present and demonstrate our compliance solutions to technical and business stakeholders
• Develop proposals and negotiate contracts for GRC consulting engagements
• Build and maintain relationships with CISOs, CTOs, and compliance officers
• Collaborate with delivery team to ensure smooth client onboarding
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Track all activities and opportunities in CRM system

• 4+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS, consulting, or cybersecurity
• Understanding of ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GRC frameworks
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Experience selling to technical decision-makers (CTO, CISO, VP Engineering)
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently

• Previous experience in compliance or security sales
• Knowledge of HIPAA, PCI DSS, GDPR requirements
• Existing network in IT/Security industry
• MBA or relevant business degree
• Experience with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM
